Hi! I’m Erika, owner and founder of Little Japan Brisbane. I started Little Japan out of my combined love of language learning and meeting new people.

I first arrived in Australia back in 2017 for a short working holiday, but quickly fell in love with the wonderful climate and warm-hearted people. Over time my love of Australia continued to grow, until one day I decided to take a leap of faith and start my very own language tutoring service in Brisbane.

What started with teaching one or two students at the local library each week has now grown to teaching hundreds of students from all over Australia.
